I have concluded that Catherine descends from Philipp Glump, the Palatine immigrant, Hunter List #242, as shown here. This is much more plausible than the Glymph family that went to North and South Carolina very soon after arriving in America in 1754. Continued residence in the Hudson Valley is a very strong indicator of Palatine descent.
